Red Wine by Zondernaam from South Africa. A rich opaque color with a red rim. The nose is pure Cabernet fruit, with hints of plums, fennel and lead pencil showing off the purity of aroma plus a little dark chocolate thrown in for good measure. The wine displays firm yet round tannins and a lovely texture. It develops on the palate and leaves with a wonderfully satisfying melange of fruit and subtle oak flavors for a rich finish. Enjoy this Cabernet with grilled veal chops, roast pork and other roasted meats. It's also delicious with pecorino, blue and gruyere cheeses. You can age this wine for another three to five years. Blend: 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot
